What do I mean by "limiting beliefs?"
It's the brakes in your brain that stop you from writing or speaking your biggest goals.
It's the negative chatter in your head. It's the tales told by colleagues, friends and family that keep you from taking risks.
It's the scary narrative on social media.
I want you to know that these are only stories that are holding you back. Your life doesn't need to be limited by these beliefs!
