Signature Keynotes

Name Yourself: Evolve Your Identity. Expand Your Impact.

In this keynote, your audience names the leadership identity their next level requires and starts leading from it before they leave the room.

Too many talented people lead from an outdated version of their capabilities. They updated their résumé, but not their self-definition. They defer in rooms where they should lead. They wait for permission that has always been theirs to grant. They wonder why they aren't making the impact they could but don't know what to change.

Name it. Claim it. Lead from it.

The Generative leader: Expanding Human Impact in an AI World

Your people aren’t just wondering what AI will do to their work. They're asking what it means for their worth. AI is not only disrupting work; it's disrupting professional identity. This can cause technically sound AI initiatives underperform, and the uncertainty seeps into the culture.

In this keynote, Lisa gives leaders her four-step framework, Acknowledge, Assess, Align, Amplify, for addressing the full human impact of change on each person, each team, and the organization.

AI is the technology. People are the strategy.

The Power to Innovate: Name, Claim, and Create What’s Next

Your culture helped create today's success. Is it ready to create what's next? Innovation stays an initiative until it becomes part of who your people believe they are together. In this keynote, Lisa guides leaders and teams through a strengths-based framework for making curiosity, experimentation, and contribution part of how the organization works every day.

Name it. Claim it. Create what’s next.
