Lisa Conners is a keynote speaker, executive and leadership coach, and leadership development trainer and facilitator based in the Washington, D.C. and Baltimore regions. She works with clients and audiences globally.

Lisa brings more than 30 years of experience across corporate, nonprofit, consulting, and entrepreneurial environments. She holds an MBA and is a Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation.

Her work focuses on professional identity and its influence on leadership, performance, decision-making, innovation, and human impact.
