EYC is a group coaching and mastermind program that will bring together up to six women who are motivated to elevate their careers and to support other women in their journeys. Together, we’ll work through the most daunting challenges in a confidential, nurturing space.

You can expect real talk, honest feedback, celebrations and transformational breakthroughs. And, you’ll form friendships and bonds that will endure well beyond the program.

The spring/summer group is taking place now, and enrollment has begun for the fall group kicking off in September 2019.

The group will be led by me, Lisa Conners Vogt, CPC, APR. I’m an Executive and Career coach who challenges clients to dream bigger than they ever dared to before! Over a more than 30-year career I’ve held leadership positions with corporations, non-profits, consulting firms, and in my own businesses. And now I draw on those experiences to help others create more fulfilling careers and lives.

Here’s how it will work…

Q: Where will meetings take place?

A: The EYC Fall 2019 group will meet in a private room at Cove Dupont Circle in Washington, D.C.

Q: How many sessions are included?

A: The program will include six group sessions, and two 45-minute confidential coaching sessions with Lisa.

Q: When will meetings take place?

A: Each participant will schedule two coaching sessions with Lisa.

Group meetings will take place from 6:00 to 8:00 pm on the following evenings:
Sept. 11 and 18; Oct. 2 and 9; Oct. 23 and 30.

Q: What topics will we cover?

A: Meetings will be driven by topics of greatest importance to group members’ success. Topics may include creating your most fulfilling career, networking, thought leadership, executive presence, LinkedIn profiles and resumes, goal setting and initiating difficult conversations.

Q: What’s the format for group sessions?

A: In our time together, each participant will have “spotlight” time to share victories, challenges and progress. Lisa will provide coaching and other group members will share insights to help that member move forward.

Q: What are the ground rules?

A: There are three key ground rules!

1) Confidentiality. We’ll expect you to share your most challenging professional situations and help to create an environment where others can do the same.

2) Respect the schedule. Meetings will start and end on time so that we can continue to keep our other commitments.

3) Focused participation. You can expect all members to give you 100% of their attention and be “all-in” during meetings.

Q: What if I can’t attend all group sessions?

A: You’ll reap the greatest benefit if you’re committed to attending all sessions. However, we recognize that “life happens” and can disrupt even the best laid plans. If you miss a session, you’ll be expected to connect with other group members to discuss the material.

Q: What’s the investment?

A: Investment for the Fall 2019 EYC is $900 payable by check, credit card or Venmo prior to the start of the program. Or, two payments of $475.
