Is creating a more fulfilling career a top priority for you?
Are you ready to take your professional accomplishments to the next level?
Do you value guidance and support from women who are committed to making their own professional breakthroughs?
If so, the Elevate Your Career (EYC) Group Program may be right for you!
EYC is a group coaching and mastermind program that will bring together up to six women who are motivated to elevate their careers and to support other women in their journeys. Together, we’ll work through the most daunting challenges in a confidential, nurturing space.
You can expect real talk, honest feedback, tears of joy and frustration, and transformational breakthroughs. And, you’ll form friendships and bonds that will endure well beyond the program.
You’re a good fit if…
You’re ready to receive and give support to other women
You’ll commit to taking risks and facing discomfort to achieve your goals
You’re motivated to position yourself for:
Compensation consistent with your value and impact
Greater professional respect
A long-term fulfilling career where you’re making a significant impact
The group will be led by me, Lisa Conners Vogt, CPC, APR. I’m an Executive and Career coach who challenges clients to dream bigger than they ever dared to before! Over a more than 30-year career I’ve held leadership positions with corporations, non-profits, consulting firms, and in my own businesses. And now I draw on those experiences to help others create more fulfilling careers and lives.
Here’s how it will work…
Q: Where will meetings take place?
A: There will be two Spring 2019 EYC groups. One will meet in-person at a Dupont Circle location in Washington, D.C. One will meet via Zoom videoconferencing so that members can join from anywhere in the world. Participants will remain with the same group throughout the program.
Q: How many sessions are included?
A: The Spring 2019 EYC program will include six 90-minute group sessions, and two 1:1 confidential coaching sessions with Lisa.
Q: When will meetings happen?
A: Group meetings and 1:1 coaching will be scheduled between the end of April and June. Exact meeting dates will be determined based on participant schedules.
Q: What topics will we cover?
A: Key topics for career advancement include networking, thought leadership, executive presence, Linkedin profiles and resumes, goal setting and initiating difficult conversations. We’ll also address other topics of greatest importance to group members’ success.
Q: What’s the format for group sessions?
A: In our 90 minutes together, each participant will have “spotlight” time to share victories, challenges and progress. Lisa will provide coaching and other group members will share insights to help that member move forward.
Q: What are the ground rules?
A: There are three key ground rules!
1) Confidentiality. We’ll expect you to share your most challenging professional situations and help to create an environment where others can do the same.
2) Respect the schedule. Meetings will start and end on time so that we can continue to keep our other commitments.
3) Focused participation. You can expect all members to give you 100% of their attention and be “all-in” during meetings.
Q: What if I can’t attend all group sessions?
A: You’ll reap the greatest benefit if you’re committed to attending all sessions. However, we recognize that “life happens” and can disrupt even the best laid plans. If you miss a session, you’ll be expected to connect with other group members to discuss the material.
Q: What’s the investment?
A: Investment for the Spring 2019 EYC is $750 payable by check, credit card or Venmo prior to the start of the program. Or, two payments of $395. (Note that this is an introductory EYC rate that will increase next time the program is offered.)
Q: I’m in! What do I do next?
A: Please fill out this brief application and we’ll be in touch to schedule a 1:1 discussion. Note that completing the application is an important next step but it doesn’t automatically enroll you in the program.
Q: I have additional questions. What should I do?
A: Send me your questions using this form.
